Autonomous system allowing the control of the manufacturing of "skates" The skate control system allows the implementation of a digital electric axis of brushless technology controlled by a M340 PLC via a Can Open network.
An electric conveyor allows the introduction of the skates to be controlled. Two photoelectric cells allow the start and stop of the electric conveyor.
A digital X axis with brushless motorization, resolver and servo-drive allows the positioning of a pneumatic cylinder equipped with a pneumatic clamp.
A Z axis made of a pneumatic anti-rotation cylinder allows the ascent or descent of the clamp. An ILS sensor gives the retracted and extended positions of the cylinder. An inductive sensor gives the position "at the station" of the cylinder. A pneumatic clamp 2 fingers opening 12mm, equipped with 2 jaws and 2 ILS sensors. A control station equipped with 3 cells allows the identification of the skids according to their diameter.
