On Friday, November 26, 2021, took place the inauguration of the Ecolcafé, a new educational tool for the students of the vocational way of the Lycée A. Kastler de Stenay through the SME AKf@it: the 2MSPC to the maintenance and production of Nespresso compatible coffee capsules, and the 2AGORA to the management of orders.
The ÉCOLCAFE machine which reproduces a real production line connected in the current concept of "industry 4.0". Indeed, this machine allows the creation of Nespresso accounting coffee capsules, used by small independent roasters, which through an Integrated Management Software, allows the management department to record a customer order, to transfer it in production order that the operator transmits to the machine to trigger the realization of the order.
It should be noted that the Ecolcafé is also a strong vector of sensitization to a respectful production of the environment since the capsules are in completely
biodegradable materials (vegetable matter).
The inauguration brought together nearly 30 people, including the president of GRETA de Lorraine Ouest, Mr. VELAIN, accompanied by his colleagues, Continuing Education Advisors (CFC), and elected officials, including of course Mr. PERRIN, Mayor of Stenay, who is always present at the Lycée's events, accompanied by Mrs. MANZANO. The Department of the Meuse was represented by Mrs. WOITIER, Departmental Councilor for the Canton of Stenay, and the CODECOM of the Pays de Stenay et du Val Dunois by Mr. GUICHARD, its president. The inspection bodies were also present in the person of Mrs. WAWRZYNIAK, IEN IA Biological Sciences - Applied Social Sciences, and Mr. BIENFAIT, IEN IA Industrial Sciences and Techniques.
The companies of the sector also answered present: The AHLSTROM MUNJKO paper mill with Mr. REIG, BUGNOT 55 with Ms. BORD and GONTHIER, TERREA with Mr. GEORGES, the CREDIT MUTUEL of Stenay or Mr. MONTEIL for EMC2; as well as Mr. MARTIN, head of the BEMA company, and Mr. HACQUARD, who produced the Ecolcafé Teachers and parents' representatives on the Board of Directors were also present.
After the speech of thanks of Mr. RODZIK, Principal of the school Alfred KASTLER, and the presentation of the project by Mrs. JULIEN, Director Delegated to the Professional and Technological Formations, the guests could discover the functioning of the Ecolcafé during a demonstration of the educational project attached to the machine.
