Connected system and production line
The Ecolcafé production line was born from the development of an industrial version of a machine designed to fill NESPRESSO-compatible coffee capsules that BEMA developed with an independent roaster EASY-CUP.
Many professional situations are now implemented on the systems that make up Ecolcafé.
In line control, the operator has to make adjustments, settings and changes in production campaigns.
He must also guide, supervise, coordinate and train a team of several operators in the use of the equipment.
In maintenance, the constraints linked to automation, which is omnipresent in industry, make the system the ideal medium for training future technicians and senior technicians.
They can study, modify and maintain the line and its systems in order to limit breakdowns and therefore production stoppages.
