ECOLPAP New generation Full Io Link paper waste compactor

This new version implements and makes accessible the new concepts of Industry 4.0 in a very complete and successful variation on the hardware and digital level.The new generation of the BEMA EcolPap system now offers a diversity of technologies:

• The compaction unit is equipped with a cylinder that can be supplied in three technologies: Pneumatic, Pneumo-Hydraulic and Hydraulic. The EcolPap is supplied in one of these technologies and optional kits allow to change technologies.
• A pneumatic island allowing the control of cylinders of different technologies: double-acting cylinder, anti-rotating cylinder, rodless cylinder.
• Belt transfers equipped with motorized rollers with asynchronous motor and speed variator,
• Temperature control by electronic regulator and use of static relays to control the oven with a power of 3 KW,
• A M241 PLC integrating the latest technologies of the factory 4.0: Communication on Ethernet network (Modbus IP and Industrial Protocol), OPC UA server, web server),5'7" color touch screen,
• Full IO-Link sensors: i.e. either the sensors are native IO-Link or they are converted to be connected to an IO-Link master.
• Network architecture allowing the implementation of Cybersecurity.
